Event boats have an internal arrangement optimized to host specific types of events, including receptions, parties or conferences. All of the below listed boats can provide seated dining areas for meals or standing receptions. However there is a difference between them as to how many passengers they can accommodate, and what extra facilities they can provide.
- For small events up until 10 guest we recommend Thetis. This stylish little boat with its intimate atmosphere can host small fine-dining nights or receptions while making a city-tour or an excursion. The Dunarama boats are also suitable for small events like wine-tasting or a snack, but due to the small space inside these boats and the lack of a bathroom, the recommended event time is no longer than 1 hour.
- For medium sized groups on a budget, we recommend considering either MS Klara or MS Fanni. These very affordable event boats are equipped with on-board sound and wireless microphones, which makes it possible to lead your event or throw a little party.
- Larger events can be hosted on MS Győr and MS Gönyű. Győr is a recently re-furbished event-boat with a recommended maximum capacity of 80 passengers for events. This boat is equipped with state-of-the-art sound technology, with presentation technology as an optional extra. MS Gönyű has approximately the same layout and capacity, but its interior and technical level is somewhat more dated.
- For large, business-class level conferences, we recommend renting the Budapest conference boat. This recently renovated, huge and spectacular-looking boat is equipped with everything you might need for a conference. For events where seated dining is part of the program, the recommended maximum capacity of MS Budapest is 230 passengers.
